Since 2018, Nabeta has led Sola Restaurant, known for its 7-course menu presented in his own ceramic creations and holding a prestigious 3-hat rating. This summer, Nabeta invites guests to savour a harmonious fusion of flavours and artistry through a meticulously crafted Japanese-inspired menu, promising to elevate the dining experience.
